摘 要:硅酸盐作为铝合金材料的特效缓蚀剂,通常被应用于发动机冷却液中,防止冷却液对铝材表面的传热腐蚀。但由于硅酸盐在溶液中容易析出凝胶状沉淀,导致硅酸盐型防冻液在贮存或运行过程中稳定性差,造成发动机水道堵塞,易使发动机损坏。基于此,文章研究设计合成一种新型的发动机冷却液硅酸盐稳定剂,以延缓硅酸盐在溶液中的凝胶析出时间,增加硅酸盐的稳定性。制备的低氯型硅酸盐稳定剂,其反应收率达到85.6%,且终产物中的氯离子含量低于80 mg/L,达到相应标准和满足市场要求。经测试该产品43天后出现凝胶析出,说明本产品具有较好的硅酸盐稳定性能,可延长防冻液使用寿命。As a special corrosion inhibitor of aluminum alloy,silicate is usually used in engine coolant to prevent heat transfer corrosion of aluminum surface by coolant.However,because silicate is easy to precipitate gelatinous precipitation in the solution,resulting in poor stability of silicate antifreeze in the process of storage or operation,causing blockage of the engine waterway,easy to damage the engine.Based on this,the project designed and synthesized a new type of silicate stabilizer for engine coolant to delay the precipitation time of silicate in the solution and increase the stability of silicate.The reaction yield of the low chlorine silicate stabilizer reached 85.6%,and the chloride ion content in the f inal product was lower than 80 mg/L,which met the corresponding standards and market requirements.Precipitate gelatinous occurs 43 days after the product is tested,indicating that this product has good silicate stability and can prolong the service life of antifreeze.
