摘　　要：工程造价管理是集经济、技术、管理为一体,对项目各个阶段实行投资估算、设计概算、施工图预算、竣工结算的全过程“一体化”管理。造价管控贯穿工程建设始终,与结算工作的各个环节密切相关。加强工程造价管理能够促进资金的合理使用,使资金发挥最大的经济价值,同时在项目建设各个环节出现的问题能及时的纠正、纠偏,促进项目的顺利实施。加强工程造价全过程管理是工程建设进行科学管理和监督的重要手段,能更好的为化工项目建设的发展服务。Project cost management is the integration of economy,technology,and management.Integrated management of the entire process of investment estimation,design estimation,construction drawing budget,and completion settlement for each stage of the project.Cost control runs through settlement and construction,it is closely related to all aspects of construction.Strengthening project cost management can promote the rational use of funds and maximize the economic value of funds.At the same time,problems in all aspects of project construction can be corrected and corrected in time to promote the smooth implementation of the project.Strengthening the whole process management of project cost is an important means of scientif ic management and supervision of project construction,which can better serve the development of the chemical projects construction.
