摘 要:在“双碳”目标和后冬奥时代的背景下,将天然工质二氧化碳(CO_(2))作为制冷剂应用于人工冰场制冰备受关注,CO_(2)跨临界制冰系统优化调控是系统高效节能运行的关键。本文针对带有两块不同温度冰面的多温CO_(2)跨临界制冰机组,通过热力学方法研究了冰面上方温度、气冷器出口温度、气冷压力等环境参数和运行参数对系统制冷性能的影响,研究结果显示气冷压力和气冷器出口温度是调控系统优化运行的关键参数,而冰面上方温度对系统性能的影响可以忽略。进一步获得了该制冷系统的最优气冷压力关联式,为实际CO_(2)跨临界直冷制冰系统优化运行提供了参考。It attracts people a lot to use the natural working fluid carbon dioxide(CO_(2))as the refrigerant for ice rink refrigeration systems under the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality and the period after the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics.It is a key process to optimize and control the CO_(2) transcritical ice rink refrigeration system to achieve high-efficiency.In this study,a multi-temperature CO_(2) transcritical refrigeration unit is focused which has two ice grounds with different temperatures,the effect of various parameters such as the air temperature above the ice,the outlet temperature of the gas cooler,the gas cooling pressure,etc.on the cooling performance of the system is studied through thermodynamic models.The results show that the gas cooling pressure and the outlet temperature of the gas cooler are the two key parameters for the system optimal control,and the effect of the air temperature above the ice can be neglected.Further,the correlation of the optimal gas cooling pressure is obtained which is a reference for the optimal operation of the CO_(2) transcritical direct-cooling ice rink refrigeration system in practice.
