摘　　要：本文阐述了机械除雾器中折流板除雾器的工作原理,对带钩折流板除雾器在某燃煤电厂湿式电除尘器项目运行过程中出现的堵塞问题进行分析,提出优化方案,改造后机组最终恢复正常运行,为带钩折流板除雾器在湿式电除尘器中的应用提供了参考。This article elaborates on the working principle of the baffle mist eliminator in the mechanical mist eliminator,analyzes the blockage problem of the hook baffle mist eliminator during the operation of a wet electrostatic precipitator project in a coal-fired power plant,and proposes an optimization plan.After the transformation,the unit finally returns to normal operation,This provides a reference for the application of hook baffle mist eliminators in wet electrostatic precipitators.
