摘  要:某过流保护电路常被用于某型机载雷达伺服系统的驱动电路中,其作用是保护电机,避免电机出现因过流而导致的发热、发烫和损坏现象。由于早期国外技术封锁、技术不成熟和试验条件不具备等各方面条件的限制,导致该电路的设计与验证不充分,随着外场使用频次的不断增加和使用方式的变化,电机在进行驱动换向时,电流会发生高频波动现象,致使功率模块误保护,电机丧失驱动能力,雷达报故。近些年来雷达在外场使用的过程中,频繁发生与过流保护电路相关的故障。因此,就该电路常出现的故障问题进行了原理分析,并根据故障原因提出了一种可以有效抑制电流高频波动的改进方法,对于提高该过流保护电路的质量与可靠性具有重要的意义。An overcurrent protection circuit is often used in the drive circuit of an airborne radar servo system,and its role is to protect the motor from heating,scalding and damage caused by overcurrent.Due to the limitations of early foreign technology blockade,immature technology,test conditions and other conditions,the design and verification of the circuit are inadequate.With the continuous increase of external field use frequency and changes in the use of the motor in the drive commutation,the current will fluctuate at high frequency when the motor is driven and reversed,which will results in the power module misprotection,the loss of driving ability of motor and radar warning.In recent years,when radar is used in the field,the faults related to the overcurrent protection circuit occur frequently,and an improvement method is proposed to effectively inhibit the high-frequency fluctuation of the current according to the cause of the failure,which is of great significance to improve the quality and reliability of the overcurrent protection circuit.
