烙铁测试仪电参数的校准方法研究

摘　　要：首先,分析了烙铁测试仪目前的校准现状;其次,指出依据JJF 1629—2017《烙铁温度计校准规范》无法满足烙铁测试仪全项目的校准;然后,参考校准电压及电阻的相关规程规范,对烙铁测试仪的漏电电压及接地阻抗校准方法进行研究;最后,以型号为HAKKO FG-101的烙铁测试仪为例,介绍用多功能校准器作为标准器校准烙铁测试仪的漏电电压及接地阻抗的方法。Firstly,the current calibration status of the soldering iron tester is analyzed.Then,it is pointed out that the calibration of au items of soldering iron tester cannot be satisfied.Finally,the calibration method of leakage voltage and ground impedance of soldering iron tester is studied by referring to the relevant regulations of calibration voltage and resistance.Finally,taking HAKKO FG-101 soldering iron tester as an example,the method of calibrating leakage voltage and ground impedance of soldering iron tester with multi-function calibrator as standard is introduced.
