摘  要:周期和随机偏差是衡量直流稳定电源性能的重要参数,如其输出信号中含有过大的周期和随机偏差,则会产生不必要的谐波和浪涌信号,对用电电路和用电设备造成损坏。周期和随机偏差是直流稳定电源的校准项目之一,该参量的校准对于测量设备的带宽有一定要求。对比了具有真有效值电压功能的数字多用表和数字示波器测量直流稳压电源稳压输出周期和随机偏差的结果,通过对测量数据的分析,论证了测量直流稳压电源稳压输出周期和随机偏差时较为合适的标准器具。Periodic and random deviation(PARD)is an important parameter to measure the performance of DC stabilized power supply,if its output signal contains excessive PARD,it will generate unwanted harmonics and swige signals,which will cause damages to power circuits and power equipments.PARD is one of the calibration items for DC stabilized power supplies,and the calibration of the parameter has certain requirements for the bandwidth of the measurement equipment.The results of measuring the period and random deviation of DC stabilized power supply by using the digital multimeter with true RMS voltage function and the digital oscilloscope are compared.And through the analysis of the measured data,a more suitable standard instrument for measuring the PARD of DC stabilized power supply is proved.
