摘  要:针对单片集成数字温度传感器可靠性要求,设计了一种单片集成数字温度传感器验证板卡。该板卡可通过单片集成数字温度传感器,对环境温度和供电电流进行精准监测,同时对通讯总线协议进行验证,并将温度、电流测量值通过RS232串口总线上传到计算机进行实时监控和保存,可评估单片集成数字温度传感器在板级应用时的功能、性能和稳定性等。最后,以HWD7461型温度A/D转换器为例,开展了板级环境试验,试验结果显示测试精度满足tERR≤±4℃(TA=-55~125℃)和工作电流IDD≤0.251 mA的要求。A monolithic integrated digital temperature sensor verification board is designed for the reliability requirements of monolithic integrated digital temperature sensors.The board can accurately monitor the ambient temperature and supply current through the monolithic integrated digital temperature sensor,and at the same time,verify the communication by protocol,and upload the temperature and current measurements to the computer through the RS232 serial bus for real-time monitoring and preservation,which can evaluate the function,performance and stability of the monolithic integrated digital temperature sensor for board-level applications.Finally,the board-level environmental test is carried out with the HWD7461 temperature A/D converter as an example,and the test results show that the test accuracy meets the requirements of tERR≤±4℃(TA=-55~125℃)and operating current IDD≤0.251 mA.
