摘　　要：对常德湘雅医院的电气设计进行总结,并介绍了三个方面的设计经验。第一是在药房照明设计中提出需要关注密集设置的药品储存柜对垂直照度带来不利影响的观点,并建模进行了实际分析给出实际建议。第二是在洁污通道等场所的设计中提出超远配电距离对末端支线短路灵敏度带来的不利影响并给出具体建议,以及提出相关场所中一些医院特有的设计需求。第三是提出了在超大型项目中火灾自动报警系统中直接控制线距离超长时可能引发二次回路误动、拒动的问题并给出合理的优化设计措施。The electrical design of Changde Xiangya Hospital was summarized,and the design experience in three aspects was introduced.The first is to put forward the view that it is necessary to pay attention to the adverse effects of densely arranged drug storage cabinets on vertical illumination in the pharmacy lighting design,and the modeling is actually analyzed and practical suggestions are given.The second is to put forward the adverse effects of ultra-long power distribution distance on the short circuit sensitivity of the end branch line in the design of the cleaning channel and other places,and give specific suggestions,as well as put forward the unique design requirements of some hospitals in related places.The third is to put forward the problem that the direct control line distance in the fire automatic alarm system in the ultra-large project may cause the secondary circuit to malfunction and rejection,and give reasonable optimization design measures.
