摘　　要：针对医疗建筑电气设计问题,通过实际工程设计案例阐述在医院供配电系统、照明、消防、智能化各系统设计方面的技术要点和难点。在变压器选型方面,根据负荷计算,将不同用电负荷合理分配于不同的供电变压器,尽量减少变压器的装机容量,降低了医院建设的初期投资。在使用阶段根据不同季节调整变压器的投入台数,减少变压器的空载损耗,降低运行费用。照明中对于光导管的应用可使建筑内部封闭空间的照明舒适度显著提高。智能化和信息化的应用使得此医院达到电子病历四级、互联互通四级,提高了医院的数字化水平。Regarding medical electrical design issues,through practical engineering design cases,explain the technical points and difficulties in hospital electrical design。Calculating the hospital's load,reasonably allocate different electrical loads to different transformers for power supply,during the design phase minimize the installed capacity of transformers as much as possible and reducing initial investment in hospital construction。During the use phase,adjusting the number of transformers put into operation according to different seasons。Then,reducing no-load losses of transformers,reducing operating costs,and reducing no-load operating costs of transformers。The application of light pipes in lighting improves the comfort of lighting in enclosed spaces within buildings。The application of intelligence and informatization has enabled this hospital to achieve electronic medical Level 4,interconnection Level 4,to improve the digitalization level of the hospital。
