摘  要:采用热膨胀仪测量10Cr9Mo1VNbN钢在不同冷却速度下的连续转变行为。利用硬度计测试不同冷却速度下的维氏硬度,利用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察不同冷却速度下的显微组织,分析组织的演变规律。结果表明,10Cr9Mo1VNbN钢的硬度值随着冷却速度的增加而增加;当冷却速度较小时,10Cr9Mo1VNbN钢显微组织以铁素体为主,有少量马氏体析出,随着冷却速度增加,先共析铁素体的含量降低,直至组织全部转变为马氏体。The continuous transformation behavior of 10Cr9Mo1VNbN steel at different cooling rates has been measured by thermal dilatometer.The Vickers hardness at different cooling rates has been measured by a hardness tester.The microstructure at different cooling rates has been observed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope,and the evolution of the microstructure has been analyzed.The results show that the hardness of 10Cr9Mo1VNbN steel increases with the increase of cooling rate.When the cooling rate is small,the microstructure of 10Cr9Mo1VNbN steel is dominated by ferrite,and a small amount of martensite precipitates.With the increase of cooling rate,the content of proeutectoid ferrite decreases until the microstructure is completely transformed into martensite.
