摘  要:为了研究圆柱形装药下轴向多层预制破片初速及飞散情况,基于Gurney假设和动量守恒定律推导了不同类型轴向多层破片爆轰驱动下初速简化计算模型和破片列平均飞散角简化计算模型,结合LS-DYNA软件开展了多类型破片爆轰驱动下的数值仿真,通过仿真软件进行了理论和数值仿真计算,并针对理论和仿真结果进行了误差分析,验证了数值仿真和理论计算结果的一致性,结合仿真和理论计算结果分析讨论了爆轰驱动下不同形状多层预制破片的飞散特性。结果表明:球形破片可以获得更高的飞行速度;相同类型同列不同层破片间平均速度存在一定的速度梯度,从内层到外层破片平均初速逐层增大;相同层数破片在同一时刻下,球形破片的爆轰压力高于其他类型破片;球形破片受到爆轰产物绕流加速效果最为显著;在相同层数破片情况下,球形破片的层间速度梯度最大;不同形状破片的飞散角不同,形成的破片场亦不同;圆柱破片相对于其他破片飞散角分布更为均匀,分布在17°~24°范围内。In order to study the initial velocity and dispersion of axial multilayer prefabricated fragments under cylindrical charge,a simplified calculation model of the initial velocity and the average dispersion angle of the columns of fragments under different types of axial multilayer fragments under the detonation drive was deduced based on Gurney’s assumption and the law of conservation of momentum.The numerical simulation of the fragments under the detonation drive of multiple types of fragments was carried out by combining the LS-DYNA software,and the theoretical and numerical simulations were carried out with the simulation software.The error analysis was carried out for the theoretical and simulation results,and the consistency of the numerical simulation results and theoretical calculations was verified.The dispersion characteristics of different shapes of multilayered pre-fabricated fragments under the detonation drive were analyzed with the simulation and theoretical calculations.The results show that,spherical shaped fragments can get a higher flight speed.The average velocity gradient between different layers of the same type and the same column exists,and the average initial-velocity increases from the inner layer to the outer layer;the blast pressure of spherical fragments is higher than that of other types of fragments at the same time;the spherical fragments are accelerated by the blast products around the flow most significantly;the velocity gradient between layers of spherical fragments is the largest in the case of the same number of layers of fragments;the dispersion angles of fragments of different shapes are different,and the formation of the fragmentation field is also different;the distribution of dispersion angles of cylindrical fragments is higher than that of other types of fragments;the dispersion angle of cylindrical fragments is higher than that of other types of fragments.Cylindrical fragments have a more uniform distribution of dispersion angle than other fragments,with a distribution
