摘  要:为了研究壳体厚度对装药爆炸形成空气冲击波影响规律,以3种典型厚度2A12铝合金壳体为研究对象,开展铝合金壳体装药爆炸空气冲击波特性数值模拟研究。采用AUTODYN软件分别建立不同厚度壳体装药爆炸作用过程仿真模型,计算分析了空气冲击波峰值超压、压力冲量及其传播特性。进而利用仿真软件对空气冲击波峰值超压、压力冲量试验进行仿真分析,空气冲击波峰值超压仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好,冲击波的压力冲量仿真结果与试验结果误差较大,但整体变化规律一致。结果表明:随着壳体厚度的增加,相同距离处空气冲击波的压力冲量逐渐减小,且空气冲击波峰值超压减小。增加壳体厚度对空气冲击波的压力冲量无明显的贡献。同时,数值模拟方法及参数可以较准确计算空气冲击波峰值超压。In order to study the influence of casing thickness on air shock wave formed by charge explosion,three typical thicknesses of 2A12 aluminum alloy casings were taken as the research object,and the numerical simulation of air shock wave characteristics of aluminum-alloy casing charge explosion were carried out.By using AUTODYN software,the simulation models of explosion process of casing charges with different thickness were established,and the peak overpressure,specific impulse and propagation characteristics of air shock wave were calculated and analyzed.Furthermore,simulation software was used to analyze the peak overpressure and pressure impulse tests of air shock wave.The simulation results of the peak overpressure of air shock wave are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the pressure impulse simulation results of the shock wave has a significant error with the experimental results,but the overall variation pattern is consistent.The results show that,with the increase of casing thickness,the specific impulse of air shock wave decreases gradually at the same distance,and the peak overpressure of air shock wave decreases.With the increase of casing thickness,there is no obvious contribution to the specific impulse of air shock wave.Meanwhile,the peak overpressure of air shock waves can be accurately calculated by the numerical simulation methods and parameters.
