摘　　要：总结1例Bentall术联合左心室辅助装置植入患者的护理经验,护理要点如下。严密监测心功能,预防右心功能衰竭:目标导向式容量管理,及时调整左心室辅助装置的泵速;间歇性一氧化氮吸入治疗,维持稳定的肺动脉压力;避免电解质紊乱,纠正心律失常。严密监测凝血功能,预防出血与血栓形成。开展早期康复训练;实施个体化心理护理。患者术后13 d顺利转入普通病房,恢复良好。To summarize the postoperative nursing practice of a patient with Bentall combined with a left ventricular assist device.Key points of care were as follows.To begin with,we closely monitored the cardiac function of the patient to prevent right heart failure,including timely adjustment of the pump speed of the left ventricular assist device through goal-oriented volume management,intermittent nitric oxide inhalation therapy to maintain appropriate pulmonary artery pressure and avoidance of electrolyte disorders to prevent arrhythmia.Secondly,we monitored coagulation function to prevent bleeding and thrombosis.Then,the postoperative infection should be prevented as early as possible.At the early stage,we implemented individualized rehabilitation training and provided individualized psychological nursing for the patient.The patient recovered well and was transferred to the general ward 13 days after the operation.
