摘　　要：流式细胞分选仪是科研、临床检验等领域的重要设备,该设备昂贵精密、操作复杂、运行维护成本高。因此,科学管理使用、规范维护保养及精通常见异常处理有助于减少故障频次,使用寿命,保障仪器的稳定运行,从而为科研及临床检验等提供有力支撑。以流式细胞分选仪(Moflo XDP)为例,结合丰富的使用经验,深入分析了该设备的维护管理及异常处理方法,分享设备管理经验,供大型仪器管理工作者参考。Flow cell sorter is an important equipment in the fields of scientific research and clinical testing,which is expensive and precise,complex in operation and high in maintenance cost.Therefore,scientific management,standardized maintenance and proficient in handling common anomalies are helpful to reduce the frequency of failure,prolong the service life and ensure the stable operation of the equipment,so as to provide strong support for scientific research and clinical testing.Taking the flow cell sorter(Moflo XDP)as an example,combined with rich experience in use,this paper deeply analyses the maintenance management and anomalies handling methods of the equipment,and share the equipment management experience for the reference of large-scale equipment management workers.
