大型仪器管理中的微视频技术研究

摘　　要：针对目前国内高校大型仪器数量快速增长而专职管理人员相对不足的问题,提出了一种以微视频为抓手的仪器管理方式,将大型仪器的原理、内部构造、基础操作、数据分析、保养维护及日常测试等制作成若干个微视频,用于学生大型仪器培训、自主性学习及自主性管理。以高效液相色谱仪为例,详细介绍了微视频的制作内容及微视频管理的实施方法,分析了该管理模式在延长仪器的寿命、提高仪器管理质量及管理效率方面所取得的效果。With the rapid growth of large-scale instruments in domestic colleges and universities,the problem of the shortage of full-time staff and management is quite serious.This paper proposed a way based on micro-video for instrument management.We made several micro videos including the principle,instrument structure,basic operation,data analysis,maintenance and daily testing of large-scale instruments.These micro videos could be applied in large-scale instruments training for students,as well as the fostering of their independent learning ability and autonomous management.Taking high performance liquid chromatograph for example,this paper introduced the content of micro-video production and the implementation method of micro-video management in detail,and analyzed the effect of the management mode in prolonging the life of instruments and improving the quality and efficiency of instrument management.
