摘　　要：从大精仪器设备的管理角度出发,讨论了大精仪器设备的采购同大精仪器设备的可持续管理之间的衔接关系,提出了大精仪器设备采购过程中的指标工程、价格工程、耗材工程、售后工程等“四项工程”。大精仪器设备的采购工作必须合理到位,采购中的“四项工程”有机不可分割,缺一不可,指标是基础,价格是杠杆,耗材是血液,售后是保障。并以华东师范大学大精仪器设备采购为例,详细阐述了做好采购过程中的“四项工程”对大精仪器设备可持续管理的重要作用。From the perspective of precision and valuable instruments,this paper discusses the connection between the procurement and the sustainable management of precision and valuable instruments.“Four projects”including index project,price project,consumables project and after-sales project in the procurement process of precision and valuable instruments are proposed.The procurement of precision and valuable instruments must be reasonable and in place.The“four projects”in the procurement are inseparable and indispensable,which the index is the basis,the price is the lever,the consumables are the blood,and the after-sales service is the guarantee.Taking the procurement of precision and valuable instruments in East China Normal University as an example,the important role of“four projects”in the process of procurement in the sustainable management of precision and valuable instruments is elaborated in detail.
