摘  要:科研实验室是高校开展科学研究及实践创新的重要场所,对培养本科创新人才有着重要的促进作用。华中师范大学夸克与轻子教育部重点实验室在长期探索和实践中,打通教学与科研之间的壁垒,参与了本科创新人才的培养。重点实验室组建了本科教学团队,创新课程建设,在常规化教学过程的各个方面融入创新训练。同时利用重点实验室平台优势拓展本科教学,开展竞赛培训,推动人才培养国际化,开展科普教育和宣传,吸引优质生源,为本科创新人才的培养提供了有力支撑。Scientific research laboratory is an important place for universities to carry out scientific research and innovation practice,and plays an important role in promoting the cultivation of undergraduate innovative talents.The Key Laboratory of Quark and Lepton Physics of Ministry of Education of Central China Normal University has broken through the barriers between teaching and scientific research,and deeply participated in the cultivation of undergraduate innovative talents for a long time.The laboratory sets up undergraduate teaching team,innovates curriculum construction,and integrates innovation training in all aspects of routine teaching process.The advantages of laboratory platform are also used to expand undergraduate teaching,carry out competition training,promote the internationalization of talent training,carry out science popularization education and publicity,attract high-quality students,which provides strong support for the cultivation of innovative talents.
