摘　　要：高分子自粘防水卷材,作为地铁地下车站工程全包防水材料时,容易开口脱落,PVC防水板存在耐久性差、弯曲变形易断裂、拉伸强度和断裂延伸率较低的问题,并且这两种建材有造价较高的短板。对高分子自粘防水卷材、PVC防水板、新型EVA自粘防水板的价格和性能进行对比,在厦门地铁3号线洋塘站,通过比选,采用防窜水性强、抗拉强度高、防地层变形和局部抗冲击破坏性能强、性价比高的新型EVA自粘防水板,并对新型EVA自粘防水板全包防水技术的关键工序、操作要点、提高防水板关键节点质量的做法进行阐述,为类似工程项目施工提供参考。In response to the drawback of polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane being prone to opening and falling off when used as a full package waterproofing material for subway underground station engineering.In addition,PVC waterproof boards have problems such as poor durability,easy fracture due to bending deformation,low tensile strength and elongation at break,and these two building materials have short boards with higher cost.This article compares the prices and performance of polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membranes,PVC waterproofing sheets,and new EVA self-adhesive waterproofing sheets.Through comparison and selection at Yangtang Station of Xiamen Metro Line 3,a new type of EVA self-adhesive waterproofing sheet with strong water resistance,high tensile strength,resistance to formation deformation and local impact damage,and high cost-effectiveness is adopted.The key processes and operating points of the new type of EVA self-adhesive waterproofing sheet's full package waterproofing technology are also discussed Elaborate on the methods of improving the quality of key nodes of waterproof boards,providing reference for similar engineering projects.
