摘　　要：高校所属企业体制改革是完善高等院校管理机制的重要组成部分,对于高校、企业、经济体制建设、科技创新等均具有显著的积极意义。目前,高校所属企业体制改革在机制建设、资产管理、内部治理等方面均取得了显著的成效,但也存在现代治理体系不完善、科技创新服务不充分、内部控制制度不健全、党建引领发展不到位等问题。因此,高校所属企业体制改革后应当进一步明确权责,完善现代治理体系;聚焦主业,增强产教学研实力;创新机制,搭建高效内控体系;党建引领,永葆校企管理初心,从而促进高校所属企业高质量发展。The reform of the enterprise system of colleges and universities is an important part of improving the management mechanism of colleges and universities.It has significant positive significance for colleges and universities,enterprises,economic system construction and scientific and technological innovation.At present,the reform of universityowned enterprise system has achieved remarkable results in mechanism construction,asset management,internal governance and other aspects,but there are also some problems,such as imperfect modern governance system,inadequate scientific and technological innovation services,imperfect internal control system,and inadequate party building leading development.Therefore,after the reform of the university-owned enterprise system,we should further clarify the rights and responsibilities and improve the modern governance system;focus on the main business and enhance the strength of production,teaching and research;innovate the mechanism and build an efficient internal control system;strengthen party building leading and always maintain the original intention of school-enterprise management,so as to promote the highquality development of enterprises affiliated to universities.
