摘　　要：探索含预印本发布在内的全流程出版支持服务体系建设,以促进我国科技期刊高质量发展。通过全面调研,了解国内外代表性预印本平台的建设历史、发展现状及未来发展趋势,分析我国预印本平台发展存在的问题。在考察预印本平台与传统期刊合作的典型模式的基础上,研究基于期刊画像的期刊推荐服务,提出建设包括预印本平台在内的全流程出版支持服务体系,探讨预印本平台的功能设计与建设策略,并对全流程出版支持服务体系建设提出建议。This paper explores the construction of the whole-process publishing support service system including preprint release in order to promote the high-quality development of sci-tech journals in China.Through a comprehensive investigation,the construction history,current status and future development trends of representative preprint platforms at home and abroad are learned,and the problems existing in the development of preprint platforms in China are analyzed.On the basis of exploring the typical cooperation mode between preprint platforms and traditional journals,this paper studies the journal recommendation service based on journal profiles and proposes the construction of the whole-process publishing support service system including the preprint platform,in which the functional design and building strategies of the preprint platform are discussed,and the construction suggestions on the whole-process publishing support service system are put forward.
