抗-DC抗体引起的双胎新生儿溶血病1例报道

摘　　要：通过对1例双胎新生儿溶血病进行血清和放散液的抗体鉴定等试验,确定其为抗-DC抗体致新生儿Rh溶血病。选择相应抗原阴性红细胞进行交叉配血并换血治疗,患儿顺利康复出院。It performed the antibody identification of serum and the red blood cells elution fluid of the twins who were identified as hemolytic disease.It was confirmed that the newborn hemolytic diseases were caused by anti-DC antibody.The corresponding antigen-negative red blood cells were selected for cross-matching and blood exchange transfusion treatment,and the children recovered smoothly.
