摘  要:金属超声波焊接具有焊接时间短、高效环保、焊接内阻低的优点,非常适合导电母线和高压线缆的焊接,金属超声波焊接成型过程复杂,既涉及金属间的机械嵌合,也存在金属原子间的扩散和晶粒的再结晶过程。由于超声波焊接是一种固相焊接技术,焊接母材在0.3~0.4倍熔点温度下即可开始发生再结晶行为。本文采用ABAQUS有限元模拟,能较准确地还原实验样品超声波焊接过程中的温度场变化,证明铜铝超声波焊接能实现固态再结晶。Metal ultrasonic welding has the advantages of short welding time,high efficiency and environmental protection,low welding resistance,which is very suitable for conductive busbar and cable welding.All ultrasonic welding forming process is complex,not only related to the mechanical Mosaic between metals,there is also the diffusion of metal atoms and grain recrystallization process.As ultrasonic welding is a kind of solid phase welding technology,recrystallization behavior of welded base metal can begin at 0.3~0.4 times the melting point temperature.In this paper,ABAQUS finite element simulation was used to accurately reduce the temperature field changes during ultrasonic welding of experimental samples,proving that solid recrystallization can be achieved by ultrasonic welding of copper and aluminum.
