摘　　要：整车对灯具的要求除灯光安全法规外,美观、协调、匹配、间隙、面差、气候适宜、耐久等都是不可缺少的考核指标。每个零件都决定了灯具品质和整车品质。目前车灯与车身的固定安装,普遍通过螺栓将车灯固定在车身上。本文就一种合理的车灯用双头螺栓包括其配合结构的研发过程、结构来源进行解析说明。In addition to lighting safety regulations,the requirements for lighting fixtures in the entire vehicle include aesthetics,coordination,matching,gaps,surface differences,climate suitability,durability,and other indispensable assessment indicators.Each component determines the quality of the lighting fixtures and the overall quality of the vehicle.At present,the fixed installation of the car lamp and the vehicle body is generally fixed to the vehicle body through bolts.This article analyzes and explains the development process and structural source of a reasonable double head bolt for car headlights,including its mating structure.
