摘 要:针对传统反激式开关电源PWM芯片控制环路设计复杂、外围元器件多的问题,设计了一种基于DK125芯片的反激式开关电源,输出电压12V电流2A。为了满足开关电源的安全性和电磁兼容性要求,设计了输入保护电路以及EMI滤波电路。本文详细介绍了变压器的设计过程,包括初级电感量、磁芯型号、绕组匝数以及气隙宽度的计算。利用PC817、TL431以及DK125的配合实现了输入/输出的隔离和电压反馈。测试结果表明:输出电压12V稳定,满足设计要求。Aiming at the problems of complex control loop design and many peripheral components of traditional flyback switching power supply PWM chip,a flyback switching power supply based on DK125 chip was designed,with output voltage of 12V and current of 2A.In order to meet the safety and electromagnetic compatibility requirements of switching power supply,the input protection circuit and EMI filtering circuit are designed.The design process of transformer is introduced in detail,including the calculation of primary inductance,core type,winding turns and air gap width.The input/output isolation and voltage feedback are realized by using PC817,TL431 and DK125.The test results show that the output voltage is stable and meets the design requirements.
