摘  要:选用生物发酵法生产的1,5-戊二胺、对苯二甲酸和间苯二甲酸为原材料,在去离子水中成盐,制备得到对苯二甲酸戊二胺(5T)盐和间苯二甲酸戊二胺(5I)盐。红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱测试结果表明,5T盐和5I盐的化学结构与设计相符;差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析测得尼龙5T盐的熔点为252、289℃,尼龙5I盐的熔点为238.5℃;热失重分析得到尼龙5T盐和尼龙5I盐最大热降解速率时的温度分别为278、463℃和245、476℃;元素分析测得尼龙盐的C、H、N的实测值与理论值相当。Pentanediamine terephthalate(5T)salt and pentanediamine isophthalite(5I)salt were prepared by using 1,5-pentanediamine,terephthalic acid and isophthalic acid produced by biological fermentation as raw materials and forming salt in deionized water.The results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum(1 H NMR)show that 5T salt and 5I salt are successfully synthesized.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)analysis shows that the melting points of nylon 5T salt is 252 and 289℃,and the melting point of nylon 5I salt is 238.5℃.Thermogravimetric analysis shows that the temperature for maximum thermal degradation rates of nylon 5T salt and nylon 5I salt are 278,463,245 and 476℃,respectively.The measured values of C,H and N of nylon salt measured by elemental analysis are equivalent to the theoretical values.
