摘  要:利用动态四重氢键2-脲基-4-[1H]-嘧啶酮(UPy)二聚体对聚醚胺(D400)改性制备柔性动态固化剂UPy-D400。首次将UPy-400和含有动态二硫键的4,4′-二氨基二苯二硫醚(DTDA)作为双动态固化剂和双酚A环氧树脂(E51)一锅法制备了高强韧可再加工的环氧树脂(EP-UPy_(x)-S_(y)),通过改变两种固化剂比例调控其力学性能和再加工性能。结果显示,随UPy-D400含量增加,样品拉伸强度和杨氏模量降低,断裂伸长率提高。当UPy-D400∶DTDA物质的量比为1∶2时,EP-UPy_(0.2)-S_(0.8)的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和韧性分别达到79.6 MPa、23.74%和11.78 MJ/cm^(3)。基于二硫键和UPy的动态特性,粉碎后的样品在170℃、5 MPa下热压3 h后,拉伸强度最高可恢复至原始值的98.1%。A flexible dynamic curing agent(UPy-D400)was prepared by modifying polyetheramine(D400)using a dynamic quadruple hydrogen 2-ureido-4-[1H]-pyrimidinone(UPy)dimer.UPy-400 and 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl disulfide(DTDA)containing dynamic disulfide bonds were used for the first time as dual dynamic curing agents for bisphenol A resin(E51)to prepare a high-strength reprocessable epoxy resin.The mechanical and reprocessing properties were adjusted by changing the ratio of the two curing agents.The results of the mechanical tests show that the tensile strength and Young s modulus of the samples decrease and the elongation at break increases with increasing the content of UPy-D400.When UPy-D400∶DTDA(mol%)is 1∶2,the tensile strength,elongation at break and toughness of EP-UPy_(0.2)-S_(0.8)could reach 79.6 MPa,23.74%and 11.78 MJ/cm^(3),respectively.Based on the dynamic properties of disulfide bonds and UPy,the crushed samples recover the tensile strength up to 98%of the original value after hot pressing at 170℃for 3 h at 5 MPa.
