摘  要:针对车舱开关外壳注塑件的质量要求,开展基于翘曲位移最小的注塑工艺优化研究。设计了不同的浇口方案和冷却系统方案,采用Moldex 3D软件数值分析制品在注塑过程中的填充、冷却、保压和翘曲现象。获得了最佳浇口方案为1个浇口,设定在最佳浇口附近的左下方侧面。获得最佳冷却系统方案为上下采用回字形加内部冷却,共6组,直径4~8 mm。得到的最大翘曲位移为0.6 mm满足要求。这为同类产品的生产提供参考。Aiming at the requirement of minimum warpage displacement for the quality of the injection molded parts of the cabin switch,an injection molding process optimization study based on minimum warpage displacement was carried out.Different gate schemes and cooling system schemes were designed,and Moldex 3D software was used to numerically analyze the filling,cooling,pressure retaining,and warping phenomena of the product during the injection molding process.The optimal gate scheme is obtained with one gate,which is set on the lower left side near the best gate.The best cooling system scheme is to adopt the upper and lower zigzag internal cooling,total 6 groups 4~8 mm diameters.The obtained warping displacement 0.6 mm could meet the requirements.This provides a reference for the production of similar products.
