摘 要:以滑石粉、秸秆纤维作为填充物,采用化学发泡的工艺制备了秸秆纤维改性聚丙烯复合材料,采用正交试验对滑石粉含量、秸秆纤维含量、发泡剂含量及注射温度四个影响因素进行优化,通过对样条拉伸、弯曲和冲击试验结果分析得到了力学性能较优的组别,同时还探讨了材料组分与注塑工艺的变化对复合材料力学性能的影响规律,并结合扫描电镜图揭示了样条性能变化的原因、机理。结果表明,滑石粉、发泡剂含量通过对发泡效果的影响与发泡复合材料的力学性能指标正相关;随着秸秆纤维含量增加,复合材料中纤维与基体缠绕结合情况较好但过量纤维会发生团聚现象,其力学性能指标均呈先增大后减小趋势;注塑温度在180℃时复合材料力学性能指标最优,且随着注塑温度的增加复合材料力学性能变差。Taking talc powder and straw fiber as fillers,straw fiber modified polypropylene composite material was prepared by chemical foaming process.Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the four influencing factors of talc content,straw fiber content,foaming agent content and injection temperature.Through the analysis of spline tensile,bending and impact test results,the group with better mechanical properties was obtained.At the same time,the influence law of material composition and injection molding process on the mechanical properties of composite materials was also discussed,and the reason and mechanism of the spline properties were revealed by combining with SEM electron microscopy.The results show that the content of talc and foaming agent is positively correlated with the mechanical properties of foaming composites through the influence of foaming effect.With the increase of straw fiber content,the fiber and matrix in the composite are well intertwined,but the excess fiber will agglomerate,and the mechanical properties of the composite increase firstly and then decrease.The mechanical properties of the composites are the best when the injection temperature is 180℃,and the mechanical properties of the composites deteriorate with the increase of the injection temperature.
