摘 要:在实验室和工业生产两个平台上,通过添加β晶成核剂TMB-5、α晶成核剂TMP-6改性PP B8101共聚材料的力学性能和热学性能,以满足标准DL/T 802.7—2010对PP B8101作为电缆管材料的性能指标要求。测试结果表明,两种成核剂均可以改善树脂的拉伸性能,但是TMB-5降低了复合材料的维卡软化温度。最终采用TMP-6作为工业生产的主要手段。结果显示,壁厚低于10 mm的聚丙烯电力电缆保护管(MPP)管材的拉伸强度≥25 MPa,维卡软化温度≥150℃,达到了标准要求;壁厚超过10 mm的管材难以达到标准要求。这是因为制件表里冷却速度差异产生的内应力导致的,可以尝试后热保温缓冷加以改善。On the two platforms of laboratory and industrial production,by adding TMB-5 and TMP-6,the mechanical and thermal properties of the PP B8101 blended materials were modified,so that PP B8101 as a cable tube material could meet the performance index requirements in the standard DL/T 802.7—2010.The results show that two nucleating agents could improve the tensile properties of the resin,but TMB-5 could reduce the Vicat softening temperature.The final TMP-6 is used as the main mean of industrial production.The results show when the wall thickness of MPP pipes is less than 10 mm,the tensile strength of MPP could more than 25 MPa and Vicat softening temperature is more than 150℃,which could meet the standard requirements.And the pipes with a wall thickness of more than 10 mm can hardly meet the standard requirements.This is due to the internal stress caused by the difference in the cooling rate between the inside and outside of the part,which can be improved by trying slow thermal insulation after heating.
