摘 要:聚乳酸(PLA)是用量最大的可生物降解材料之一,由于其拉伸流变性能较差,难于发泡。本文采用聚合物微纳层叠共挤装置制备PLA/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)原位微纤复合材料(PLA/PBT-MRC),研究了PLA/PBT-MRC的微纤形态、熔体的动态流变性能和拉伸流变性能。PLA、PLA/PBT-MRC注塑发泡后的泡孔形貌、注塑发泡制品的拉伸、缺口冲击和弯曲力学性能。研究表明:PLA/PBT-MRC中微纤宽度低至0.72μm,宽度随PBT含量增加而增大;随PBT含量增加PLA/PBT-MRC的储能模量、损耗模量和复数黏度都增大;PBT含量增加可以明显改善PLA熔体的拉伸流变性能,相对PLA表现出明显的拉伸应变硬化;PLA/PBT-MRC注塑发泡后泡孔直径比PLA注塑发泡泡孔直径减小800%,泡孔密度增加600%,发泡制品的拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度分别提高22.2%、10.1%和26.4%。Polylactic acid(PLA)was one of the most usage biodegradable materials,due to its poor tensile rheological property,it was difficult to foam.The in-situ microfiber-reinforced PLA/PBT composites(PLA/PBT-MRC)were successfully obtained through the micro-nano-laminating co-extrusion.The morphology of microfiber,dynamic rheological properties and elongational rheological behavior of PLA/PBT-MRC were investigated.PLA and PLA/PBT-MRC were injection molding foamed.The morphology of cell,tensile,notch impact and flexural properties of PLA and PLA/PBT-MRC were investigated.The research shows that the width of microfiber is as low as 0.72μm in PLA/PBT-MRC and increases with the increase of PBT contents.The storage modulus,loss modulus and complex viscosity of PLA/PBT-MARC melt increase with the increase of PBT contents.The increase of PBT content could significantly improve the extensional viscosity of PLA/PBT-MARC melt.Comparing with PLA,PLA/PBT-MARC melt show obvious strain hardening.The cell diameter of PLA/PBT-MRC after injection foaming decreases by 800%comparing to that of PLA injection foaming.The cell density,the tensile strength,notch impact strength and bending strength of PLA/PBT-MRC foam increase by 600%,22.2%,10.1%and 26.4%,respectively.
