摘  要:为改善某小型铁矿选厂铁精矿质量并进行改扩建,提出了常规碎磨工艺及高压辊磨工艺流程,针对2种碎磨工艺的经济适用性进行了对比研究。研究结果表明:高压辊磨方案在车间改造、转运站、通廊等第一部分投资比常规碎磨方案费用高,投资占比较大;高压辊磨方案较常规破碎方案设备装机功率高270 kW,但年经营费用低35.82万元,节能降耗效果不显著;考虑到该矿山的服务年限,对2种方案的费用现值进行对比发现,高压辊磨工艺较常规碎磨工艺费用现值高;故从经济适用性来看,该小型矿山应采用常规碎磨工艺,而高压辊磨工艺并非是最优方案。In order to improve the quality of iron concentrate in a small iron ore dressing plant and car⁃ry out reconstruction and expansion,the conventional crushing and grinding process and the high pressure roller grinding process were proposed,and the economic applicability of the two crushing and grinding pro⁃cesses was compared.The results showed that the investment of high pressure roller grinding scheme in the first part of workshop transformation,transfer station and corridor was higher than that of conventional grind⁃ing scheme,and the investment accounted for a large proportion.The equipment installed power of the high pressure roller mill scheme was 270 kW higher than that of the conventional crushing scheme,but the annu⁃al operating cost was 358.2 thousand yuan lower,and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction was not significant.Considering the service life of the mine,the present value of the cost of the two schemes was compared.It was found that the present value of the cost of the high pressure roller mill process was higher than that of the conventional crushing process.Therefore,from the perspective of economic applica⁃bility,the small mine should adopt the conventional crushing and grinding process,and the high pressure roller grinding process is not the optimal solution.
