袁家村铁矿闪石型原生矿流程考查及诊断分析

摘　　要：2019年太钢袁家村铁矿对3^(#)系列进行改造,用以处理闪石型原生矿,为了查明改扩建的3^(#)系列处理磁铁矿时各作业的生产现状,针对选矿工艺流程中存在的影响产量、质量与回收率等问题,进行了流程考察及分析。通过化学分析、物相分析、XRD检测、原矿工艺矿物学研究等手段,查明了给矿矿石性质、各作业产物的矿物种类及含量、单体解离度情况以及流程中有用矿物、脉石矿物及金属流失的走向,综合分析诊断了各作业、各工序的运行工况。考查结果表明:3^(#)系列生产状态正常,产量、质量指标基本达到设计要求,但磨矿分级及选别系统仍存在产品粒度组成不合理、分选效率偏低等问题,技术经济指标有进一步提升的空间。In 2019,Taiyuan Iron and Steel Yuanjiacun Iron Mine reformed the 3^(#)series to deal with the amphibole type primary ore.In order to find out the production status of each operation when the recon⁃structed and expanded 3^(#)series is used to treat magnetite,the process investigation and analysis were car⁃ried out in view of the problems affecting the yield,quality and recovery rate in the beneficiation process.Through chemical analysis,phase analysis,XRD detection,raw ore process mineralogy research and other means,the properties of the ore,the mineral type and content of each operation product,the degree of monomer dissociation and the trend of loss of useful minerals,gangue minerals and metals in the process were identified,and the operation situation of each operation and each process were comprehensively ana⁃lyzed and diagnosed.The results showed that the production status of 3^(#)series magnetic ore was normal,and the yield and quality indexes basically met the design requirements.However,there are still some problems in the grinding classification and separation system,such as unreasonable particle size composition and low separation efficiency,and there is room for further improvement of technical and economic indicators.
