摘  要:某硫化尾矿随着矿产资源的开采,矿石氧化率越来越高,目前的选矿工艺流程造成氧化锌随着硫化矿尾矿流失,为了提高资源的综合回收利用率,进行了选矿试验研究。在硫化矿尾矿含锌1.65%的条件下,通过采用新型药剂T1和六偏磷酸钠+CMC联合使用,加大了对矿泥的分散和抑制效果,进行全流程不脱泥浮选,得到了氧化锌品位34.6%、作业回收率79.7%的选矿指标。With the exploitation of mineral resources,the oxidation rate of a certain sulfide tailings is getting higher and higher.The current beneficiation process results in the loss of zinc oxide with the sulfide ore tailings.In order to improve the comprehensive recovery and utilization rate of resources,the beneficia⁃tion test was carried out.Under the condition that the zinc content of sulfide ore tailings was 1.65%,the new reagent T1 and sodium hexametaphosphate+CMC were used in combination to increase the dispersion and inhibition effect of slime.The whole process of non-desliming flotation was carried out,and the beneficia⁃tion index of zinc oxide grade 34.6%and operation recovery rate 79.7%was obtained.
