摘  要:为避免浓硫酸运输、存放以及使用等方面存在的安全问题,对凡口铅锌矿选硫给矿开展了CO_(2)取代硫酸的选硫试验。试验结果表明:CO_(2)能充分地活化黄铁矿,并且活化速率快;经过2粗2精1扫闭路试验,可获得硫品位46.89%、硫回收率91.43%的高品质硫精矿。CO_(2)取代硫酸作为活化剂减少了生产安全隐患,对选矿厂达到“双碳”目标具有一定的积极意义。In order to avoid the safety problems in transportation,storage and use of concentrated sul⁃furic acid,the sulfur separation test of CO_(2)instead of sulfuric acid was carried out in Fankou lead-zinc mine.The results show that CO_(2)can fully activate pyrite,and the activation rate is fast.The high quality sul⁃fur concentrate with sulfur grade of 46.89%and sulfur recovery rate of 91.43%can be obtained through two roughing,two cleaning and one scavenging closed-circuit test.CO_(2)replaces sulfuric acid as the activator,which reduces the hidden danger of production and has a certain positive significance for the concentrator to achieve the goal of“double carbon”.
