摘  要:个旧某锡铜共生矿为解决磁黄铁矿含量高导致选厂指标不稳定的问题,分别在铜硫混合浮选和锡重选前增设了弱磁选作业。改造结果表明:改造后的铜精矿铜品位从17.77%提高至19.62%,铜回收率从81.36%提高至82.51%;锡精矿锡品位从40.20%提高至40.81%,锡回收率从64.30%提高至66.40%,改造后可获得产率11.98%的高铁硫精矿产品,实现了磁黄铁矿的综合回收,提高了资源的综合利用率,降低了生产成本,经济效益显著。In order to solve the problem of unstable plant index caused by high content of pyrrhotite in a tin-copper symbiotic ore of Gejiu,low intensity magnetic separation operation was added before copper-sulfur mixed flotation and tin gravity separation.The transformation results showed that the copper grade of the copper concentrate was increased from 17.77%to 19.62%,and the copper recovery rate was increased from 81.36%to 82.51%after the transformation.The tin grade of tin concentrate was increased from 40.20%to 40.81%,and the recovery rate of tin was increased from 64.30%to 66.40%.After the transformation,the high iron sulfur concentrate product with a yield of 11.98%could be obtained.The comprehensive recovery of pyrrhotite is realized,the comprehensive utilization rate of resources is improved,the production cost is reduced,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
