摘  要:为了综合回收七宝山铁尾矿中伴生的有色多金属,针对尾矿含有大量胶泥,且褐铁矿是锰、铅、锌、铜和钴最重要的赋存矿物,主要呈吸附态分布在褐铁矿中,通过物理选矿方法不能获得单独铅精矿、锌精矿、铜精矿的问题,采用磁化焙烧—弱磁选工艺回收铁矿资源,同时在焙烧过程中加入氯化剂,利用氯化焙烧—挥发工艺综合回收有色金属组分。试验结果表明:在焙烧温度1000℃、焙烧时间90 min、氯化剂氯化钠用量5%的条件下,铜、铅、锌挥发率分别达到了39.63%,82.32%,75.31%,使用氯化焙烧—挥发工艺可有效综合回收该铁尾矿中的伴生有色多金属。Qibaoshan iron tailings contain a large amount of slime,and limonite is the most important occurrence mineral of manganese,lead,zinc,copper and cobalt.They are mainly distributed in limonite in adsorbed state.It is impossible to obtain separate lead concentrate,zinc concentrate and copper concentrate by physical beneficiation method.In order to solve the above problems and comprehensively recover the as⁃sociated nonferrous metals in Qibaoshan iron tailings,iron ore resources were recovered by magnetization roasting-low intensity magnetic separation process.At the same time,chlorination agent was added in the roasting process,and the nonferrous metal components were comprehensively recovered by chlorination roasting-volatilization process.The results showed that the volatilization rates of copper,lead and zinc were 39.63%,82.32%and 75.31%respectively under the conditions of roasting temperature of 1000°C,roast⁃ing time of 90 min and sodium chloride dosage of 5%.The associated nonferrous polymetallic in the iron tail⁃ings can be effectively recovered by chlorination roasting-volatilization process.
