摘 要:龙岩某矿山企业为了研究铁尾矿砂石代替天然骨料后对建筑物的影响,采用铁尾矿石代替混凝土粗骨料,铁尾矿砂按0%,25%,50%,75%,100%的比例代替混凝土细骨料,通过试验研究了铁尾矿石和不同铁尾矿砂含量对混凝土抗拉强度、立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量和坍落度等指标的影响。试验结果表明:相比于普通混凝土,铁尾矿砂石混凝土的抗拉强度、立方体抗压强度及轴心抗压强度均更高,可满足不同建筑工程的施工要求;但在使用过程中,需要通过改变水灰比和铁尾矿砂的取代率,将弹性模量控制在一定范围内,以提高铁尾矿砂石混凝土的变形性能和耐久性。In order to study the influence of iron tailings sand and gravel instead of natural aggregate on buildings,a mining enterprise in Longyan adopts iron tailings ore instead of concrete coarse aggregate,and iron tailings sand replaces concrete fine aggregate in the proportion of 0%,25%,50%,75%and 100%.The effects of iron tailings ore and different iron tailings sand contents on the tensile strength,cube compressive strength,axial compressive strength,elastic modulus and slump of concrete were studied by ex⁃periments.The test results showed that compared with ordinary concrete,the tensile strength,cubic com⁃pressive strength and axial compressive strength of iron tailings sand and gravel concrete were higher,which could meet the construction requirements of different construction projects.However,in the process of use,it is necessary to control the elastic modulus within a certain range by changing the water-cement ratio and the replacement rate of iron tailings sand,so as to improve the deformation performance and durability of iron tailings sand concrete.
