摘 要:山西某微细粒嵌布磁铁矿为了获得高品位的铁精矿,提高铁矿资源的有效利用,针对该微细粒嵌布磁铁矿无法高效磨矿使矿物充分解离的问题,采用马鞍山市天工科技股份有限公司自主研发的TGTM系列塔磨机进行了细磨试验研究。试验结果表明:采用阶段磨矿阶段磁选工艺,当磨矿细度为-0.038 mm97.1%时,可获得产率72.56%、全铁品位66.05%、全铁回收率90.76%的铁精矿;工业应用实践表明,采用TGTM630塔磨机作为细磨设备,最终获得了铁品位约66.5%的铁精矿,表明TGTM系列塔磨机可在微细粒嵌布磁铁矿中应用推广。In order to obtain high-grade iron concentrate and improve the effective utilization of iron ore resources in a micro-fine particle disseminated magnetite mine of Shanxi Province,in view of the prob⁃lem that the micro-fine particle disseminated magnetite could not be efficiently ground to fully dissociate the minerals,the fine grinding test was carried out by using the TGTM series tower mill developed by Maanshan Tiangong Technology Co.,Ltd.independently.The test results showed that the iron concentrate with yield of 72.56%,total iron grade of 66.05%and total iron recovery rate of 90.76%could be obtained by using stage grinding stage magnetic separation process with grinding fineness of-0.038 mm 97.1%.The industrial appli⁃cation practice showed that the iron concentrate with iron grade of about 66.50%was finally obtained by us⁃ing TGTM630 tower mill as fine grinding equipment,which indicated that TGTM series tower mill could be applied and popularized in micro-fine particle disseminated magnetite.
