摘  要:南山矿凹山选矿厂为降低磨矿作业成本,提高铁矿资源综合利用率,以该矿铁粗精矿二段磨机入磨物料为研究对象,进行了陶瓷球、钢球、陶瓷球+钢球不同磨矿介质的磨矿特性、磁选效果等试验研究。试验结果表明:使用陶瓷球和陶瓷球+钢球所得的磁选精矿铁品位均大于钢球介质,使用陶瓷球比钢球所得的精矿回收率提高了2.47个百分点,使用陶瓷球+钢球比钢球提高了2.71个百分点;陶瓷球替换钢球作为磨矿介质,可以提高铁精矿品位和铁回收率,有效改善磨矿产品的粒度分布特性,提高磁选指标。In order to reduce the cost of grinding operation and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of iron ore in Washan concentrator of Nanshan Mine,the grinding characteristics and magnetic separa⁃tion effects of different grinding media such as ceramic ball,steel ball and ceramic ball+steel ball were studied by taking the materials of iron rough concentrate entering the second stage mill as the research ob⁃ject.The test results showed that the iron grade of magnetic separation concentrate obtained by using ceram⁃ic ball and ceramic ball+steel ball was higher than that of steel ball medium.The concentrate recovery rate obtained by using full ceramic ball was 2.47 percentage points higher than that by using steel ball,and the concentrate recovery rate obtained by using ceramic ball+steel ball was 2.71 percentage points higher than that by using steel ball.Replacing steel balls with ceramic balls as grinding media can improve the grade of iron concentrate and iron recovery,effectively improve the particle size distribution characteristics of grind⁃ing products,and improve the magnetic separation index.
