摘 要:为了高效开发利用苏丹某金矿,针对前期设计和后期开发生产需要,使用工艺模拟软件Metsim建立了该金矿的破碎—磨矿—氰化浸出—炭浆吸附—载金炭解吸—电积的工艺流程模型,得出了全流程物料平衡计算结果,即矿石年处理量110万t,原矿金品位为2.60 g/t,最终金回收率为91.36%,尾矿经破氰处理后可满足国内排放环保标准。工艺流程模拟表明,该金矿具有较可观的经济开发价值。In order to efficiently develop and utilize a gold mine in Sudan,aiming at the needs of pre⁃liminary design and later development and production,the process simulation software Metsim was used to establish the process model of crushing-grinding-cyanide leaching-carbon slurry adsorption-gold-loaded carbon desorption-electrowinning of the gold mine,and the calculation results of material balance in the whole process were obtained.That is,the annual processing capacity of the ore is 1.1 million tons,the gold grade of the raw ore is 2.60 g/t,and the final gold recovery rate is 91.36%.The tailings can meet the domes⁃tic emission environmental protection standards after breaking cyanogen treatment.The process simulation shows that the gold mine has considerable economic development value.
