摘 要:为了选择经济合理的尾矿脱水工艺,降低尾矿脱水工序成本,针对秘鲁某特大型铜矿尾矿脱水问题,进行了不同尾矿脱水工艺方案的投资和运行成本对比,得到了大型尾矿脱水工程建造和运行的最优方案,证明GPYK800真空过滤机方案最为经济,可为新形势下的大规模矿山企业尾矿脱水方案提供经验借鉴。In order to select an economical and reasonable tailings dewatering process and reduce the cost of tailings dewatering process,aiming at the tailings dewatering problem of a super-large copper mine in Peru,the investment and operation cost of different tailings dewatering process schemes were compared,and the optimal scheme for the construction and operation of large-scale tailings dewatering project was ob⁃tained.It is proved that the GPYK800 vacuum filter scheme is the most economical,which can provide expe⁃rience for the tailings dewatering scheme of large-scale mining enterprises under the new situation.
