摘 要:污泥是污水处理厂生物处理工艺的主要副产品之一,基于其产量大、处置费用高、含有有机物等特点,污泥的资源化利用已成为研究热点。污泥通过发酵将有机物转化为挥发酸(VFAs)作为反硝化碳源或合成高附加值产品等进行综合利用。结合近几年国内外研究现状,阐述了强化污泥产酸的物理和化学预处理方法,综述了污泥发酵的运行参数以及发挥作用的功能菌群。结合污泥产酸的代谢途径对污泥发酵液中碳源的利用途径进行展望。污泥发酵产酸是实现污泥中有机物开发利用的最有效策略,应用潜力大。In wastewater treatment plant,activated sludge is a by-product of biological treatment process.Researcher focuses on the resource utilization of activated sludge owing to the characteristics of large amount,high disposal cost,containing organic matter,etc.The organic matter of sludge is transformed into the small molecule biodegradable volatile acids(VFAs)by fermentation,and VFAs can be used as the denitrification carbon source or to synthesize high value-added products for comprehensive utilization.Based on the research paper recently,the physical and chemical pretreatment methods of sludge were summarized for strengthening the sludge acid production performance,analysis the operating parameters and functional bacteria of sludge fermentation.Combined with the metabolic pathway of sludge fermentation,this paper prospected the utilization of VFA as the carbon source.Acid production by sludge fermentation is the most effective strategy to realize the development and utilization of organic matter in sludge,which has great application potential.
