摘 要:为了探究大型储罐在不均匀沉降、地震力以及二者耦合作用下的应力分布情况,利用Ansys/Workbench有限元软件对某5×10^(4)m^(3)大型浮顶储罐进行了建模仿真。结果显示相较于理想工况下储罐的应力分布,不均匀沉降或地震力工况下储罐结构应力变化均较小,储罐相对安全;但双因素耦合作用下储罐会产生严重的应力集中,Mises应力最大值达835.03 MPa,已远大于材料强度极限值740 MPa,储罐已处于不安全状态,考虑地震力的不可抗性,大型储罐运行中应严格控制不均匀沉降变化范围。In order to investigate the stress distribution of large storage tanks under uneven settlement,seismic forces,and their coupling effects,the Ansys/Workbench finite element software was used to model and simulate a 5×10^(4) m^(3) large floating roof storage tank.The simulation results show that compared to the stress distribution of the tank under ideal working conditions,the stress changes of the tank structure under uneven settlement or seismic force conditions are relatively small,and the tank is relatively safe;However,under the coupling effect of the above two factors,the storage tank will generate serious stress concentration,with the maximum value of Mises stress reaching 835.03 MPa,which is far greater than the material strength limit of 740 MPa.The storage tank is in an unsafe state,and considering the irresistibility of seismic forces,the range of uneven settlement changes should be strictly controlled during the operation of large storage tanks.
