摘 要:医院属于公众场所,具有人员密集和人流量、物流量大等特点。作为现代建筑主要的垂直运输工具,医院的电梯使用强度大、频率高,电梯运行的故障率和隐患因素明显高于住宅和商用电梯,这对医院电梯运行质量的管理提出了挑战。PDCA循环法是一套体现科学认识论的管理手段和工作程序,其实质是通过“策划—实施—检查—改进”循环的管理模式,不断解决过程中的问题,持续提高质量水平。本文以贵州省人民医院为例,详细叙述了PDCA循环法在电梯运行质量管理中的应用,其经验可用于类似场所电梯运行质量管理参考。Hospital is a public place,which has the characteristics of dense and large flow of people and goods.As the main vertical transport of modern buildings,the elevator in hospital has high intensity and high frequency,and the failure rate and hidden danger factors of elevator operation are obviously higher than those of residential and commercial elevators,which poses a challenge to the management of elevator operation quality in hospital.PDCA cycle method is a set of management methods and working procedures reflecting scientific epistemology.Its essence is to continuously solve the problems in the process and continuously improve the quality level through the management mode of“planning-implementation-inspection-improvement”cycle.Taking Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital as an example,this paper describes the application of PDCA cycle in elevator operation quality management in detail,and its experience can be used as reference for elevator operation quality management in similar places.
