摘  要:目前导致聚乙烯燃气埋地管道管体失效引发泄漏爆炸的主要原因包括管道本体质量缺陷、管道焊接缺陷、外力机械损伤和其他因素等,针对这几类影响因素提出了相对应的检测方法,包括目测法、力学性能试验、无损检测方法和管道定位探测技术。通过研究对比几种管道定位探测设备,确定了利用燃气PE管线探测仪GPPL+探地雷达的技术组合进行聚乙烯管道探测的技术方案,并在现场应用中取得了较好的应用成果。针对目前的聚乙烯管道探测难题,提出了管道内示踪线探测技术,开发研制了一种能通过聚乙烯燃气管道90°直角弯头将示踪线敷设于管道内部的牵拉装置,是比较有前景的聚乙烯管道探测新技术。At present,the main causes of leakage explosion caused by the failure of polyethylene gas buried pipeline include pipeline body quality defects,pipeline welding defects,external mechanical damage and other factors.Aiming at these influencing factors,the corresponding detection methods are proposed,including visual method,mechanical property test,nondestructive detection method and pipeline positioning detection technology.By studying and comparing several pipeline positioning and detection equipment,the technical scheme of polyethylene pipeline detection by using the technical combination of Gas PE pipeline detector GPPL+ground penetrating radar is determined,and good application results have been obtained in field application.In view of the current difficult problem of polyethylene pipeline detection,the tracer line detection technology in the pipeline is proposed,and a traction device which can lay the tracer line inside the pipeline through the 90°right angle elbow of polyethylene gas pipeline is developed.It is a promising new technology for polyethylene pipeline detection.
