摘　　要：发电锅炉电接点水位计测量筒用于测量锅炉的水位,在高温、高压环境下使用,其一直存在监管缺失现象。本文采用无损检测、外观检查、金相和硬度检测等方法对测量筒的产品质量进行抽查,发现测量筒存在质量隐患问题,并对产生质量隐患的原因进行分析。给制造单位、使用单位、检验机构和监管部门提供了加强该类产品质量和监管的依据。The electric contact level meter measuring tube for power generation boilers is used to measure the water level in the boiler,and it operates under high temperature and high pressure conditions.However,a persistent lack of regulatory oversight has been noted.The author of this article uses non-destructive testing,appearance inspection,metallographic and hardness testing methods to conduct spot checks on the product quality of the measuring cylinder.It is found that there are quality hazards in the measuring cylinder,and the reasons for the quality hazards are analyzed.This provides a basis for manufacturers,users,inspection agencies,and regulatory authorities to strengthen the quality and supervision of such products.
