摘　　要：随着节能减排政策的实施,绿色能源经济的发展,天然气使用量逐渐增加,输送管线的建设也迅速发展。长输天然气管道的环焊缝由于前期施工和后期使用中存在的各种缺陷和管理不到位,相继发生了一些较大的安全事故,给国家和人民生命财产安全造成了极大的危害和影响。本文围绕一起长输天然气管道施工事故中发现的问题,较详细地分析了环焊缝缺陷产生的原因,对该类项目施工中各个环节应该注意并严格执行的要素提出了一些建议。With the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction policies,the development of green energy economy,the use of natural gas is gradually increasing,and the construction of transportation pipelines is also developing rapidly.Due to various defects and inadequate management in the early construction and later use of the girth weld of long-distance natural gas pipeline,some large safety accidents have occurred one after another,which has caused great harm and influence to the safety of life and property of the country and the people.This paper focuses on the problems found in a long-distance natural gas pipeline construction accident,analyzes the causes of girth weld defects in detail,and puts forward some suggestions and solutions for the elements that should be paid attention to and strictly implemented in all aspects of such projects.
