摘　　要：车辆识别代号即通俗称的车架号是为了识别某一辆车,由车辆制造厂为该车辆指定的一组字码。每辆车辆都应具有唯一的车辆识别代号,并永久的保持地标示在车辆上。该号码用以区别其他车辆,也被称为车辆的“身份证号码”。随着公路运输中挂车的大量运用,挂车车辆识别代号(车架号)改动的违法行为也随之增多。为了对嫌疑车辆进行认定,本文提出将痕迹检验与文件检验理论、方法结合,对车辆、拓印材料及文件材料同时进行比对分析,进而对车辆识别代号(车架号)进行综合研判。The vehicle identification code,commonly known as the frame number,is a set of codes assigned by the vehicle manufacturer to identify a vehicle.Each vehicle should have a unique vehicle identification number and be permanently marked on the vehicle.This number is used to distinguish other vehicles and is also known as the vehicle's“identification number”.With the extensive use of trailers in road transport,the number of violations of changing the identification code(frame number)of trailer vehicles has also increased.In order to identify the suspect vehicle,this paper proposes to combine the theory and method of trace inspection with document inspection,compare and analyze the vehicle,rubbing materials and document materials at the same time,and then comprehensively study and judge the vehicle identification code(frame number).
