摘 要:珩磨机刀具作为珩磨机的核心部件,刀具的好坏,直接影响着缸孔珩磨加工的质量;珩磨刀具涨刀情况、加工工况与零件加工的稳定性息息相关。珩磨机缸孔加工刀具收缩不顺畅,会造成刀具砂条未收缩撞伤缸孔倒角,刀具砂条崩角损坏,最后会造成缸孔表面粗糙度不合格及表面刀痕,从而使工件报废。本文主要解析发动机缸体珩磨机刀具卡刀问题的研究及优化,解决珩磨机缸孔加工粗糙度及刀痕等使零件报废的质量问题。The honing machine tool is the core part of the honing machine.The quality of the tool directly aff ects the quality of the cylinder hole honing;Honing tool expansion and machining conditions are closely related to the stability of parts processing.The tool for honing the cylinder hole of the honing machine does not shrink smoothly,which will cause the tool sand bar not to shrink and hit the cylinder hole chamfer,and the tool sand bar will be damaged.Finally,the surface roughness of the cylinder hole will be unqualifi ed and the surface tool mark will be caused,which will cause the workpiece to be scrapped.This paper mainly analyzes the research and optimization of the tool stuck problem of the engine cylinder honing machine,and solves the quality problems of the parts scrapped due to the machining roughness and the tool scratch of the honing machine cylinder bore.
